Transforming Lives Through Sport, Consciousness, and the Courage to Evolve.

Elsio Eybrecht is a visionary founder, systems thinker, and leader working at the intersection of sport, wellness, education, and human development. With more than 25 years of experience spanning high-performance athletics, entrepreneurship, and personal transformation, he has dedicated his life to helping individuals and communities unlocktheir full potential—physically, mentally, and spiritually.

A former high-performance tennis athlete, Elsio qualified for the prestigious PTR Open in February 2000 on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, and earned his International Tennis Federation (ITF) IPIN, enabling him to compete on the professional circuit. These formative years shaped not only his athletic discipline, but also his deeper understanding of character, resilience, and conscious leadership.

His entrepreneurial journey began in 1998 with the founding of The Tao of Tennis University in St. Maarten, Dutch Caribbean. After relocating to California, he expanded this work through The Tao of Tennis Competitive Edge Method, a three-part coaching and personal development system blending Eastern philosophy with modern performance science. This approach later evolved into The Tao of Tennis Academy, serving youth, adults, and competitive athletes across the San Francisco Bay Area.

As a USTA Tournament Director, Elsio organized junior and adult tournaments that attracted competitors nationwide and were supported by leading brands such as Babolat. These experiences reinforced his belief that sport, when properly structured, is a powerful vehicle for education, discipline, and life preparation.

Today, Elsio operates not simply as a coach, but as a strategic architect of systems that connect sport, wellness, technology, and community development. He is the U.S. patent holder of the SuperCoach Intelligent Ball Machine & Training System, an innovation designed to elevate athlete development through intelligent, consistent, and injury-conscious training methodologies.

In parallel, he is the creator of “Swimming in the Ocean of Consciousness,” a trademarked book series, podcast, and teaching platform that integrates self-awareness, emotional healing, and purposeful living. Through writing, speaking, and mentorship, Elsio bridges the worlds of performance and consciousness—guiding individuals toward inner clarity and outward excellence.

Elsio studied Tennis Club Management and Junior Development at the Van der Meer Tennis Academy and holds certifications as a PTR Tennis Professional, USTA High-Performance Coach, and USRSA Certified Stringer. He currently resides in San Francisco, California, while remaining deeply connected to the Caribbean as a son of St. Maarten committed to long-term regional development.

Pebble

Every path I have walked — athlete, coach, architect of systems, and guide of consciousness — has led to one truth:

When movement is aligned with meaning, and structure is guided by heart, transformation becomes inevitable.

This is why I build, why I teach, and why I serve.
