Transforming Lives Through Sport, Consciousness, and the Courage to Evolve.
Elsio Eybrecht is the visionary Founder of PNW Sports & Wellness Development Inc., a nonprofit organization focused on transforming lives through racquet sports, holistic wellness, and personal development. With over 25 years of experience in coaching, entrepreneurship, and athlete development, Elsio has established himself as a trusted tennis professional, transformational author, keynote speaker, and life coach dedicated to helping others unlock their full potential.
A former high-performance athlete, Elsio qualified for the prestigious PTR Open in February 2000 on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, and went on to earn his International Tennis Federation (ITF) IPIN, allowing him to compete on the professional circuit.
His entrepreneurial journey began in 1998 with the founding of The Tao of Tennis University in St. Maarten, Dutch Caribbean. After relocating to California, he launched the Tao of Tennis Competitive Edge Method LLC, a three-part coaching and personal development system that blends ancient Eastern wisdom with modern performance coaching principles. Designed to help athletes thrive both on and off the court, this approach led to the creation of The Tao of Tennis Academy, serving players of all ages and skill levels.
As a USTA Tournament Director, Elsio organized both junior and adult tennis tournaments in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area under the Tao of Tennis banner, drawing competitors from across the country. These events were supported by national brands including Babolat, a premier racquet sports equipment company.
Today, Elsio continues his mission through SuperCoach of Tennis and PNW Sports & Wellness Development Inc. He is the patent holder of the SuperCoach Intelligent Ball Machine, a tool he plans to integrate into the design of modern tennis training and development facilities across the Bay Area. These next-generation centers will combine traditional coaching methods with emerging wellness and sports technologies, offering tailored development for players at every level.
Beyond his ventures in sports development, Elsio actively builds his personal brand through 1-on-1 coaching, keynote speaking engagements, and transformational retreats. His latest creation, “Swimming in the Ocean of Consciousness,” is a trademarked podcast, book series, and video course that blends spiritual awareness, emotional healing, and personal empowerment—bridging the worlds of sports, consciousness, and coaching.
Elsio studied Tennis Club Management and Junior Tennis Development at the Van Der Meer Tennis Academy in Hilton Head, South Carolina. He is a certified PTR Tennis Professional, USTA High-Performance Coach, and USRSA Certified Stringer.
He currently resides in San Francisco, California, where he continues to serve his community as a coach, mentor, and leader in the evolution of sports and wellness.
